Prussian Iron Cross 1813 Sterling Silver Frame Germany - Authentic Military Medal for Collectors & History Enthusiasts

Prussia iron cross that once had a ribbon to hang from. Does not have a ring. I tested the core and it is iron and a magnet stuck to it. The raised design is hard to read due to ta thick patina. There is a crown. FW Leaves and 1813. The other side is a crown an a W and something that I cannot make out. I did acid test the frame and it is sterling silver. Measures 1 7/8' tall with the bail by 1 11/16". Weight: 16.1 grams.?
