Vintage sterling silver and black leather poncho belt by Navajo artist Nelson Burbank. The conches are solid and heavy with stamp decoration that includes texturing.?

The buckle measures 2 1/4" in diameter and the 10 belt ?conchos are 2 1/16" in diameter. ?Black leather is think and strong measuring 1 1/2" wide and 40" long. (not counting the buckle. Two existing holes fit a 35" waist and a 39" waist. Of course more holes can be added to fit you.?

Weight with leather belt is 15 ounces. Excellent condition. Hallmarked and marked sterling on the buckle. There is tarnish that can be polished away.?
