Pre-owned teal cotton organdy dress by V.DE. VINSTER. It has a hand embroidered floral bodice in olive green and teal cotton thread. Ties at the back and has rust pompoms at the tie ends. The body/skirt is not gathered at the bodice, but perfectly pleated!?
